The T110 series stands out with impressive features, including a peel strength of 1.8 N/mm, the ability to withstand thermal stress for 90 seconds without delamination or bubble formation, surface resistivity and volume resistivity of 10^7 Mohm, electrical strength of 30 KV/mm, a Tg (glass transition temperature) of 100℃, V-0 flammability rating according to UL94 standards, low water absorption of 0.03%, and a CTI (Comparative Tracking Index) of 600V.

For a 1-layer rigid PCB, the stackup consists of a 280 μm (8oz) copper layer, a dielectric layer, and an aluminum base with a thickness of 1.0 mm. The finished board dimensions are 80mm x 52mm, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. The minimum trace/space is 15/20 mils, and the minimum hole size is 1.0mm. The finished board thickness is 1.2mm, and the outer layers have a copper weight of 8oz (11.2 mils). The surface finish is OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative), and there is no silkscreen or solder mask applied. All boards undergo a 100% electrical test prior to shipment.

 

PCB Statistics:
The PCB contains 7 components and a total of 9 pads. There are no thru-hole pads or bottom SMT (Surface Mount Technology) pads, while the top SMT pads number 9. The board has no vias, and the design comprises a single net.
