  • Size: Each board is 45mm x 54mm, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm.
  • Trace/Space: The minimum trace width is 4 mils, and the minimum spacing is 6 mils.
  • Vias: No blind vias here. The smallest hole is 0.3mm, and it’s plated with 20 μm of copper for strength.
  • Thickness: The final board thickness is 1.3mm.
  • Copper Weight: 1oz (1.4 mils) on the outer layers.
  • Surface Finish: Immersion Gold (ENIG) was used. This helps with soldering and prevents corrosion.
  • Solder Mask and Silkscreen:
    • The top side has a blue solder mask with a white silkscreen for easy labeling.
    • The bottom side has no solder mask or silkscreen.
