The IT-180A laminate provides exceptional electrical performance, boasting a dielectric constant (Dk) of 4.1 at 10GHz and a low dissipation factor of 0.017 at the same frequency. Complementing these impressive electrical characteristics, the material also offers outstanding thermal reliability, with a Tg exceeding 175°C and a T260 thermal resistance of over 60 minutes.
 
 
 
Optimized Impedance Control for Signal Integrity
To ensure signal integrity, the PCB features meticulously designed impedance-controlled traces. These include 50Ω, 90Ω, and 100Ω differential pairs, with trace/gap dimensions ranging from 4/4 mils to 6/9 mils, all referenced to the appropriate internal layers.
 
 
 
Robust Construction for Reliable Performance
Constructed with 0.2mm and 0.3mm plated through-holes, this PCB further enhances its reliability through the use of filled and capped vias, in accordance with the IPC 4761 Type VII standard.
